One of the first questions I always get asked as an astrologer is, "what sign am I most compatible with?" And while this is a really great question, it is a little bit more complex than we might think at first. Like I said in my article on horoscopes vs professional consultations (click here to read), we are far more than just our "sign." When you take all of the other planets into account, there are so many other variables to consider. For example, when looking at the chart of a female client, Venus represents how she views and behaves in relationships, and Mars represents the type of man she is attracted to. There is also your sun sign, moon sign, and rising sign, which all affect the type of people you attract into your life. So compatibility between two people is something that requires much more sophisticated techniques to really see the nuances.
There is, however, something to be said for sun sign compatibility. The signs themselves do have classical relationships with each other that are certainly useful to consider. Not to mention, it's also just plain fun to see! I have listed below each sign and its compatibility with other signs from easiest to hardest. Please note, that easiest does not necessarily mean the most compatible and hardest does not necessarily mean the least compatible in terms of finding Mr or Mrs Right or a business partner. This is a guide for you to see which signs you jive with. With signs listed under the easiest header, these are signs you will feel most able to be yourself and free. With signs listed under the hardest header, these are signs where you will need to put in more work to make a connection.
